What is debated, what is decided and what is already published law, in a public, verifiable portal
What it is
The back office of the organisation's public portal: it compiles the Congress record, the official session video and the published decrees into the Agenda Legislativa Abierta data model — every figure with its source and its state (confirmed, pending, not available) — and publishes it with no accounts or passwords at its own address. A model drafts the citizen summaries from the official text and a person approves them; the public reports errors with a case number and the team resolves them here.
What it does
One entry for each section of the application. The pictures are real screens; the people and the institution in them are made up. Tap one to see the whole screen.

Shows the legislature's bill funnel, fifteen indicators with their status, and the inconsistencies to resolve before publishing the portal.

Sets whether the public portal is open and publishes itself, which legislature is counted, and how bills are classified by subject.
