What it is
The organisation's complete quality management system. Controlled documents edited right here, with editions, review and approval by someone other than their author; registers for context (climate change included), risks and opportunities, objectives, competence, suppliers, satisfaction, audits, management reviews and nonconformities; and certification packs — ISO 9001:2026 in full; ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, SOC 2 and the GDPR — whose documents are born filled with what the system already knows, with the boilerplate marked wherever a fact is missing, and are delivered as a sealed, verifiable dossier. Behind it, conformity with evidence: every clause with the query that answers it and its result.
What it does
