Cicerón

What people ask to change, who asked and where each request stands

Cicerón on a laptop.
Cicerón on a tablet.
Cicerón on a phone.

What it is

The organisation seen from its guide. Every change request someone tells Cicerón in his Workshop — who asked, their post, from which screen and device, screenshots of what they pointed at, the spec and the mockups — and its row in the change register, step by step, until the person who asked says it is done. Also how much Cicerón is used each day and by whom, and his settings: his name, which parts of him are on and how much he may do in a day.

What it does

One entry for each section of the application. The pictures are real screens; the people and the institution in them are made up. Tap one to see the whole screen.

  1. Requests

Collects the change requests people told Cicerón, with who asked, from which screen and their row in the change log.

  2. Activity

Shows Cicerón's daily use against the token cap and how much each person uses it in writing, by voice and in the Workshop.

  3. Settings

Sets Cicerón's name, turns the Workshop and voice on, and sets daily usage caps for the whole organization.
