Level 3 · Collaboration
Mesas
Documents, calendar, conversation and video calls, only for those invited
What it is
A mesa is a standing space around one subject, like a clean room: only those its creator (or their superiors in the organisation chart) let in can enter, people from outside the organisation too. It has its documents —texts, spreadsheets and presentations edited in place—, its calendar, its conversation, its video calls with recording and transcript, its Google Drive folder and its own permissions: who can see, talk, edit, schedule, record or invite.
What it does
One entry for each section of the application. The pictures are real screens; the people and the institution in them are made up. Tap one to see the whole screen.
-
Meetings
A calendar of the room's meetings, each with its agenda, video call, decisions, minutes and transcript.
-
Video call
Members meet with live captions, motions and votes, and the call can be recorded. Cicerón takes notes and drafts the minutes.
-
Documents
Texts, spreadsheets and presentations edited inside the room, with versions, and files brought in from Google Drive.
-
Tasks
Tasks assigned to members, with due dates and reminders, carried to the next meeting until someone closes them.
-
Members and permissions
Invite people, including from outside the organization, and decide who may view, talk, edit, schedule, record or invite.
